We can help with shopping trips, family visits, lunch out, hairdresser appointments and hospital or clinic appointments. Your carer drives, assists you from your door, helps with bags and mobility aids, and can wait or return for you afterwards.

How it works
This is a planned, supported journey service, not a taxi service. A trained carer drives and provides door-to-door help from start to finish.
Tell us where you’re going, when, and any mobility or health needs, and we’ll confirm availability and a price based on time and distance. On the day, your carer meets you at your door, helps with coats, bags and mobility aids, and supports any transfers. During your visit we can accompany you to reception or shops, wait with you or nearby, and help with forms or shopping, keeping everything calm and unhurried. When you’re ready to go home, we drive you back, carry bags in, and make sure you’re settled before we leave.
For routine appointments, shopping and days out, this is not emergency transport.
Accessibility & safety
Our vehicle is wheelchair accessible and our team is dementia-friendly. A trained, insured carer provides calm, door-to-door help: assisting with steps and kerbs, steadying while you walk, carrying bags, managing walkers, sticks or a manual wheelchair, and supporting safe transfers using the vehicle ramp and handholds. We can accompany you into buildings, find lifts and seating, wait with you or nearby, and make sure you’re comfortable before and after the journey. We plan journeys with safety in mind, allowing extra time, using seatbelts for all passengers, and choosing the simplest routes.
Where we operate
Available in Macclesfield, Congleton, Sandbach, Holmes Chapel and Knutsford, with hospital journeys covered for Macclesfield District General, Leighton and Manchester.
